Return Window: Some products are eligible for return only within 2 hours of delivery, while others have a limit of 2 days. Please check the product page for the specific return time. Once this time limit passes, the return option will automatically disappear, and no returns will be accepted thereafter.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
Refund Method: We believe in giving you the choice. Once your return request is approved after inspection, you can choose to receive your refund either in your Rudra Small Shop Wallet or directly into your UPI ID.
How to Select: When raising a return request, please select your preferred refund mode (Wallet or UPI). If you choose UPI, ensure your details are correct.
Timeline: All approved refunds will be processed and credited within 5 to 7 working days.
